"Week for the environment" at the Federal President’s residence, June 5 and 6, 2007

This year again, Auro as one of the very few invited companies could present itself to a competent public at the ‘Week for the environment’ that took place in the garden of the Bellevue castle.
Keen interest was attracted by our Colour wash glaze demonstrations on the stand of the company initiative of the NABU (Environmental Protection Association). The Auro product concept could be conveyed to many visitors.
On the occasion of the ‘Week for the environment’, a small circle of particularly innovative eco entrepreneurs were invited to meet the Federal President personally for a conversation, among them Auro’s founder and director, Dr. Hermann Fischer. Germany’s Federal President, Horst Köhler, stressed the fact that the participating pioneer companies had acquired leading positions on the world market and created a lot of future-proof jobs.

At the same time, the annual conference 2007 of the B.A.U.M (German working group of conservation-minded management) took place in Berlin. The highlight of this conference was a reception held by the Federal President at the Bellevue Castle.
